Summary

This report describes the development of a stratospheric emissions effects database (SEED) of aircraft fuel burn and emissions from projected year 2015 subsonic aircraft fleets and from projected fleets of high-speed civil transports (HSCT's). This report also describes the development of a similar database of emissions from year 1990 scheduled commercial passenger airline and air cargo traffic.
