Mid-18th-century manuscript copy of the Annotazioni by Giovanni Battista Pietragrassa, originally written in 1636. Includes the history of Pavia from its origin to 1567, information regarding the noble families of the city, and the transfer of some relics from the city's castle to the cathedral (including several thorns from Christ's crown of thorns and the Holy Lance). In one hand with contemporary marginalia throughout. Later notes in pencil indicate cross references to source manuscripts held in the Biblioteca Ambrosiana and to a copy owned by Camillo Brambilla.
