"This tract, by a member of the Third Estate, relates ... the bringing of an Article of the Church to the Third Estate by Gaspar Dinet, Bishop of Macon, 1559-1619. The article was first realized at the Council of Constance two hundred years before. The article purports to protect the assassination of Kings by proclaiming that the assassins' souls will be condemned.
