- Summary
-
"Encouragement is here given to the Prince de Condé in his quest to "reform" the French government. The author states that the Prince must speak up and demonstrate to the French people the disorders in France. He must show the French people that he is not acting in self-interest. He then must demonstrate the folly of the Spanish marriages and alliances"--French Political Pamphlet Digital Collection, Brigham Young University.
