-
The canvas is devoted to the circulatory system. At the top of the canvas is a person's complete network of blood vessels (94 cm tall), featuring direction of blood flow and cutaways of veins and arteries. Directly beneath, is an illustration of female reproductive organs and their blood vessels, with cutaways showing the rear of the bladder and vulva, and follicles along the ovary. Seven smaller figures of parts of the lymphatic system as well as cutaways of veins and arteries surround the two larger figures along the margins of the canvas.
