The report presents procedures, analysis methods and results pertaining to a more detailed study of several data samples recorded during the Low Altitude Atmospheric Turbulence Program (LO-LOCAT, Phase III). Wind spectra corrected for airplane motion effects and gust velocity calculated using filtered input parameters substantiated the original results obtained during LO-LOCAT, Phase III. (Author).
