Origin: Copy completed by Aḥmad al-Nayrīzī in 1128 AH (1716 CE) (f. 12r).
Decoration: Text between gold cloudbands; textblock border-ruled in gold, blue and red with the page-opening frame ruled in gold; rubrications in red and gold.
Script: Written in naskh in black ink; pointed.
