Decoration: Rubrications in red, including special alphabets; textblock bordered in red, double rules; illustration of human body in brown and red inks with textblock as the torso (f. 3v); table of the planets in black and red (f. 8r).
Script: Written in two styles of naskh in black and red; consistent use of hāʼ musalsalah; pointed, partially vocalized.
Layout: 12-13 lines; border-ruled.
Foliation: Modern foliation added in pencil, upper left recto.
