The plates comprise a frontispiece, an added engraved title page, 4 plates illustrating carving and trussing and 6 plates with with table-settings for families for every month.
Publication date from Bitting. Bitting decribes three editions: 1810, 1827 and 1836. Some of the plates in the 1827 and 1836 editions are dated. Cagle only references the 1827 and 1836 editions.
