Scenario by E. Durand, who signed the dedicatory epistle on leaf 2r; words of the airs and the verses by Durand and R. Bordier (both names signed in the text); music composed by P. Guédron, R. Boesset (airs are attributed to both throughout), and by G. Bataille (see Grove music online, WWW site, 29 July 2009).
