Plates XI & XII depicting the meeting of Henry VIII with Francis I in 1520, and plates XIIII-XX depicting the Bayeux Tapestry are from Bernard de Monfaucon's Les monumens de la monarchie françoise; see 2[E]1r, a1r. Plates XI, XII & XIIII are numbered in the plate and signed by Bayly, but plates XV-XX are numbered with printed cancel slips and retain indication of their location in "Memoires, Tom VIII." Plate XX signed by Simonneau.
The 27 copper-plates include 7 unnumbered in-text ill. Each full-page plate includes name and coat of arms of its "contributor." Many are signed by I. Bayly, some after drawings by Noel.
