Establishing a Research board for national security.
Hearing before the Committee on Naval Affairs, United States Senate, Seventy-ninth Congress, first session, on S. 825, a bill to establish a Research board for national security to insure the continued preparedness of the nation along far-sighted technical lines by providing for the application of scientific research to national security; to provide a means of utilizing in times of peace as well as war the services of the outstanding scientists of the nation in the planning and executing of military research, and for other purposes.
