hearings before the Committee on the Territories, House of Representatives, Seventy-sixth Congress, first session, on H.R. 6453, a bill to amend the Hawaiian Organic Act so as to provide for reapportionment of the membership of the House of Representatives of the Legislature of the Territory of Hawaii and to create districts from which said representatives shall be elected, and to provide for reapportionment within each county of the membership of the Senate of said Legislature, July 6 and 27, 1939.
