The plates are engraved by R. Benning (pl. 6, 13), Boyce (pl. 1, 14, 15, 28, 32, 35, 38), J. Burgess (pl. 33), Darly & Edwards (pl. 7, 8, 11, 12, 16, 17, 25, 26, 29, 31), H. Roberts (pl. 2-5, 19), A. Smith (pl. 74, 75), J. Smith (pl. 70), and others. Many plates are unsigned.
This is the ordinary paper issue: the plates were issued uncolored, the uncut leaf is 42x26 cm, and the gutter margin of a leaf of text is 2-3 cm. There is also a large paper issue (Henrey 799), where the plates were issued colored, the uncut leaf is 46x28 cm, and the gutter margin of a leaf of text is 4-5 cm. ESTC and Roscoe conflate the two issues.
