Decoration: Alternating red or blue initials at the beginnings of each paragraph; occasional red and blue pen-flourished initials.
Script: Written in a Gothic book script.
Layout: Written in 2 columns of 45 lines; frame-ruled in lead with double inner and outer vertical bounding lines; prickings in outer margin.
Collation: Paper, fol. iv (paper; i is pastedown) + 192 (paginated 3-50, 53-240, 243-390) + iv (paper; i is pastedown)
