- Note
-
pt. IX: Introduction by Prof. John Koch to [the specimens of the Clerk's tale and head-link] 1902.
Parts IV and V are numbered First series, LXXXVIII and XCII on verso of t.-p., but XC and XCI on cover, evidently correctly.
Parts I-IV have separate title-pages and paging; pts. V and VIII, and VI and VII are paged continuously; pt. IX was issued with a t.-p. combining pts. VI, VII, and VIII, with IX (the introduction) which has roman paging only. Part VIII, however, belongs with pt. V.
