They were reprinted, according to a concurrent resolution passed by the Senate January 24, 1901, and by the House of Representatives February 9, 1901, and issued in a bureau edition and also in the Congressional series, as House doc. 529, 56th Cong., 2d sess.
Vols. I-III were published originally in parts, as Appendixes I-V of "Bulletin of the Bureau of Rolls and Library", no. 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9, 1893-97 (no. 9 issued 1900)
