Rouillé's eagle and serpent device on t.p. There are 201 emblems but only 128 woodcut ill., as the tree emblems at the end and some others are not illustrated. The woodcuts are by Pierre Eskrich, based on the sets by Bernard Salomon designed for Jean de Tournes.
