Signatures: A-H⁸ (H8 blank).
Papal permission dated 1540, the year of the 1st ed. Palatino's dedication dated 1545 (A4v), and a number of the pages bear dates of 1540 or 1545. The present ed. is a re-issue of that of 1548; letterpress pages have been reset; see Bonacini.
