The grounds on which [the inhabitants] resist ministers' money are these: Grange Gorman is a district on the north side of Dublin; it is of great antiquity, and lies entirely in the county of Dublin; no part of it in the city, or suburbs thereof, or liberties thereto adjoining; the tithes of it, from time immemorial, have belonged, and are still recieved by the Dean and Chapter of Christ Church."--P.
