Published in Vienna, 1895, under title "Die Wiener Genesis, hrsg. von Wilhelm ritter von Hartel und Franz Wickhoff". The task was divided between the authors in such a manner that Härtel undertook the description of the manuscript and of the Greek text, and Wickhoff that of the pictures. The work of Professor Wickhoff, detached from the "Wiener Genesis", is the part given in the above translation.--cf. Author's pref. to the English edition.
