Hearings before the Committee on Railways and Canals, House of Representatives, Sixty-fifth Congress, second session, on H.R. 11579, a bill to authorize the appointment of board of engineers to make a preliminary location, survey and plans for a canal connecting the waters of lake Erie and the Ohio River on the line of the Miami and Erie canal from Toledo to Cincinnati, Ohio, and from a point near Defiance, Ohio, to a point in the southerly end of lake Michigan, and to estimate the cost thereof. April 3, 1918.
