The main building of interest in this photograph is the Ludcke Theater, which was located on the west side of the 100 block of South Minnesota Avenue in St. Peter. In spite of the narrow front of the theater, the rear portion was much wider, as can be seen by looking at the tallest structure in the photo, which was part of the stage of the theater.
