Aerial View of Grand Meadow Township Sections 13, 14, 23 and 24 shows farmland, trees, roads and homes. County Road 8 intersects in Grand Meadow with County Road 16, which provides a route from Dexter to Grand Meadow extending to the east. The Grand Meadow School District 77 is located in the village in Section 24. St. Finbarr's Catholic Cemetery rests on the west side of Section 13, while the Grand Meadow Cemetery lies on the south side of State Highway 16 in Section 24. The Grand Meadow Chert Mine, placed on the National Registry of Historic Places in 1993, is located on Section 13. The Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railroad cuts a southeast path through Grand Meadow Township.
