An annual bulletin was issued by the Comparative Law Bureau as a separate publication from July 1, 1908-July 1, 1914, and was continued in the American Bar Association journal through 1928. There were no further issues until 1933, when the present Bulletin was published. In the latter year the bureau was reorganized as Section of International and Comparative Law of the American Bar Association.
