Considers S. 3002 and similar S. 3214, to amend the Federal Credit Union Act to authorize Federal credit unions to borrow funds, to revise the unsecured loan limit, and to eliminate the requirement for three quarterly audits of Federal credit unions. Also considers S. 3395, to amend the Federal Credit Union Act, to provide for the resumption of Project Moneywise to educate the poor in credit and related consumer matters.
