The Constitution of the State of California adopted in 1879,
with references to similar provisions in the constitutions of other states, and to the decisions of the Courts of the United States, the Supreme Court of California, and the Supreme Courts of such other states as have constitutional provisions similar to those of California. To which is prefixed the Constitution of the United States and a parallel arrangement of the Constitutions of 1863 and 1879.
