The Huguenot-Walloon New Netherland commission, (instituted by the Federal council of the churches of Christ in America), for the celebration of the 300th anniversary of the settling in New Netherland of Walloons (French and Belgian Huguenots) by the Dutch West India company, in 1624, now, at the close of the tercentenary year, dedicates to its members and friends this simple memorial volume, prepared with a view solely toward putting into permanent form the record of the tercentenary celebrations and their historical and religious significance for our nation.
