Accademia della scienze dell'Istituto di Bologna, 2. ser., v. 7, 1867, v. 9, 1869, and 3. ser., v. 7, 1876, respectively. Another ed. of the translation appeared 1884, under title: "The reproductive process: its history, physiology, and pathology;" containing several more monographs and a eulogy of the author.
