in the years 1691 and 1692, under the name of Letters of General Ludlow to Sir Edward Seymour, and other persons, comparing the oppressive government of King Charles I, in the first four years of his reign, with that of the four years of the reign of King James II, and vindicating the conduct of the Parliament that began in November, 1640.
