Plate 4, the added engraved title page of volume 2, is known to exist in two states. In one state it is signed: F. Mackenzie delt; in the other: A. Pugin delt. Cf. Abbey.
Volume 2 has added engraved title page: Westminster Abbey and the monuments. Forming a companion and continuation of the Microcosm of London. Published at R. Ackermann's Repository of Arts ... in sixteen monthly numbers.
The most common illustrators are F. Mackenzie, A. Pugin, and F. Huet-Villiers. The most common engravers are J. Bluck, T. Sutherland, J. Hamble, and F.C. Lewis.
