Governor Oliver, &c. ...Together with the substance of Mr. Wedderburn's speech relating to those letters. And the report of the Lords committee to His Majesty in council..." Includes a reprint of t.-p. of original edition, an extract from Bancroft's History of the United States, relating to Franklin's appearance before the Privy council, and the Earl of Chatham's speech of January 20, 1775.
