The stacions of Rome in verse is from the Vernon MS. (ab. 1370 A.D.) in the Bodleian Library, Oxford; and in prose from the Porkington MS. no. 10 (ab. 1460-70 A.D.). The pilgrims sea-voyage is from the Trin. Coll. MS. R. 3, 19 (t. Hen. VI). Clene maydenhod is from the Vernon MS.
